Dr Nash.
I had to be referred by my GP after being diagnosed.
I think after referral its around 9 months approx to get an appointment.
Good luck ......hope you get your referral to Dr Nash.
I have found Dr Nash to be a great help .....
I now have my LIFE BACK......medication and change of diet has helped ( keep off dairy
and wheat and processed meats....... I find to help with flare ups.... )
He quickly got to the job of getting me started on medication and has been understanding and has listened ......which is a rare thing nowadays.........

Hi there .
I had to be referred by my GP.
I understand that once referred it takes approx 9 months to see him as he is in demand
I have found Dr Nash to be a great help and I now have my LIFE BACK...... thanks to him getting me started on medication and steriods .....they wake the dead ....LOL.
A change of diet also helped ...I stay off wheat, dairy and processed meats or any thing containing sulphates.
GOOD LUCK WITH THE REFERRAL

I know what you mean. It was pretty tough at first . I have been diagnosed nearly 5 years now and I am MUCH better now.
When you get on the medication best suited for you there will hopefully be a more positive outcome for you/
Keep on smiling even when you feel like death....that helps as nice positive endorphins snuggle around you and it also helps your nearest and dearest to cope better al
Keep me up to date on progress with GP.
