loose stools

I had few consultations from Gastroenterologist . Did a sigmoidoscopy plus more stool , blood tests etc , all were clear.She didn't find anything wrong. My major symptom is loose stools ,4 times a day or more . Her decision was "pancreatic insufficiency" .She put me on Creon 25000 . I have been having them for 3 months now. It helps for cramps /bloating/gurgling etc but loose stools. Then she prescribed me Pancrex V tablets . But looking at the ingredients looks like they similar to Creon .

Why Pancrex V ?

What could be other possible causes ?

I have suffered from this for about 5 years, had numerous test over this period with nothing conclusive, I have an under active thyroid and it was suggested originally that I was over medicated and this could cause the problem, reduced medication still the same problem. One of the procedures I had they found a small polyp which was removed analysed and reported as not being, significant, and so it goes on. I am sorry I am not helping you, but I feel that the medics have no idea what this problem is so therefore have no idea how to treat it.
