Basically , He was touching me, inside too, after he stopped and then i started to masturbate him , I could feel a small quantity of liquid coming out his penis , when we both stopped we started to kiss and then talk for about 5 minutes, I went to the toilet to pee, and touched my lips just too check if it was okay or it was bleeding , but the problem was that Ive touched it with the same hand that i masturbated him with, there's any risk? Im really worried
btw Im a virgin , he's not.
thank you.

It's extremely unlikely that you could get pregnant this way and being realistic I'd say impossible. There would have to have been a lot of pre-cum or cum involved (much more than you describe) and more prolonged physical contact.
That said it sounds like you are likely to be having penetrative sex pretty soon and it would be important to use condoms for both contraception and STI prevention.
I think you should go and have a chat with your local Sexual Health service / GP / or college nurse if you are at college about sexual health advice in general, get some free condoms and get onto a regular contraception like the pill or implant as condoms if not used perfectly every time you have sex can fail.
These services are completely confidential and free.
The above person was correct however you can get pregnant as the sperm are microscopic can not be seen with the human eye.It does see that you are both serious so go to a gum/integrated sexual contraceptive clinic, check out fpa.org and get a full sti check males urine gonorrhoea and chlamydia(bacteria..must not pass urine for 1-2 hrs prior to being seen blood hiv and syphilis.
sort out contraception that you feel is best for you minimum condoms all contraceptives are free in uk...implant.depo coil pills
remember there is morning after pill emergency contraception pill best taken in the first 24 hrs but can be taken up to 72 hours or the rarer one ELLA one up to 5 days after sexual contact.
