Help - is this scabies?

So my sister was diagnosed with Scabies in November 2023, which we think she caught from her hostel. We all got treated twice, but then my sister would come to my house and disappear and go sleep in my bed ( little did I know she was still itching) long story short I have been itchy but only on my thighs for past week looks like little pimples on legs. Today I noticed a lil spot on my hand please see pic! Does this look like scabies?? I can’t get a better picture unfortunately of my hand.

Hiya, do you have itchy bumps on legs? It might be scabies but it can also be bed bugs/fleas. The only way you will know for sure is seeing a dr I'm afraid.

no only on 1 thigh, 1 foot and 1 hand really strange. I did try get doctors appointment but receptionist told me to see pharmacist. So went and see pharmacist who recommended antihistamines for 2 weeks and if still the same go to doctors. .
