can anyone confirm this is oral thrush? And recommendations on treatment - maybe nystatin mouthwash? The dactarin gel is very hard to apply. Thank you!

It is very hard to assess this in a picture. Do you have any risk factors for oral candida ? Inhaled or oral steroids ? Tablets to lower the immune system ? Recent oral antibiotics?
