I've been on this pill for nearly 3 years I think.

Past couple of years if I take the pills back to back for more than 2/3 months I get pelvic pain/ cramping. Sometimes I'll walk up the stairs and get painful cramping. Never any blood though. I'm 20. Should I be concerned?

When the cramps get too much I take a break and it's fine for a few months then have to take another break 😅

This would be considered normal when "cycling " the pill for 3 months and in fact the advice is to have a short bleed then restart.
