The gum under one of my bottom front teeth is painful.

I also have cuts on the sides of my mouth and front which are painful.

Does anyone know why this is?

Slightly unusual question for a sexual health forum . The gum problem could be due to poor dental hygiene , gingivitis or even incorrect brushing. The cuts at the edge of your mouth are called angular chelitis and can be caused by a variety of problems including iron deficiency anaemia and oral candida . Perhaps a dentist review would be appropriate .
