Around 6 weeks ago I had sex with a sex worker, oral sex without condom and vaginal sex using condom. I visited my doctor, who advised to wait 3 months before blood test.
Yesterday I found these on my left hand. I'm now worried if they can be HIV or Syphilis rashes. Does these look like any of them?

This does not appear like a hiv seroconversion rash or secondary syphilis. You can however acquire syphilis through oral sex, most people will have no symptoms. You should test for syphilis at least 4 weeks after contact, and 6 weeks for HIV. Your chance of HIV through oral sex is extremely low.
