No ask your Doctor
This is a supplement to increase your body stores of minerals and vitamins that should be optimised for a pregnancy. They will not aid in fertility. You should start folic acid before you try to conceive if possible. You can probably buy the individual parts of this at much less cost and will do exactly the same.
