I've had some excess skin at the tip of my anus which has made going to the toilet painful. However this week I've noticed blood when wiping.

What could be the cause, im wuite worried what it could be?

There are a range of possibilities . The "excess skin " could be haemhorroidal tissue , which can be painful, and can bleed. However if its a very new thing , would be worth getting someone to take a look, either GP or sexual health service , to rule out other conditions.

Definitely sounds like piles to me. I get them a lot and external ones are horrid.
