Very tiny bump on foreskin

A few days ago I noticed a very small bump (<1mm) on my foreskin about 1 inch from the glan. I have recently been masturbating without lubricant but stopped when I noticed this little bump. I also shaved recently for the first time 5 days ago. It does not hurt or itch. It is slightly red.

I would post a picture but it is too small for my camera to focus on. It is only (barely) visible when I flatten the skin around it. I have not been sexually active in over two years. It is very close to fordyce spots but has a reddish color. What could this possibly be?? Thank you in advance!!!

Edit: I also recently started to exercise and work outside in the heat. Not sure if the heat and moisture from the sweat could play a role in this.

I think you have probably excluded an STI, as you have not had sex for 2 years. Genital warts and molluscum contagiosum tend to appear several weeks after sexual transmission, so I think these two common STIs are unlikely. It could just be a heat rash or a minor area of irritation from your workouts.

Sending a photo/s (closeups) would be helpful if it doesn't settle.
