Can someone please help me. I have very mild thrush little irritation and soreness. Do I need to receive medication, or if it’s very mild will it pass over time

It might clear by itself, but you can buy OTC preps like fluconazole or clotrimazole pessaries to treat,

Go get something...it can clear up but it can come back. Get a duo pack where you get cream and a pessary.

I used Canesten cream and it healed and soothed the external irritation.
