i’ve been extremely ill after being on and restarting the combined pill, i’m having extreme side effects including chest pains which mimic a heart attack and what looks like symptoms of a blood clot, nausea, shortness of breathe, extremely high HR and even coughing up blood. I only experience these symptoms while on the pill but had not realised until I restarted my pill yesterday after feeling fine after a week off, suddenly feeling the same if not worse then before, I will of course speak to my GP again as after 2 visits it was never discussed it could be my pill however should I stop taking the pill now or wait until I speak to the GP

Sounds very much that it might be the combined pill that's making you feel so awful. It may very well be that it's that particular brand and you might have to try a couple to find one that suits you. If you stop taking it and you do feel better... definately go back to your gp as it's no good just persevering with it.... just to end up feeling rotten.
Sounds like you need an urgent GP appointment if the pill is affecting your blood pressure and breathing. Hope you can get seen asap.
Chest pain and coughing up blood are emergency symptoms and I hope you have attended an A and E department.
