Woke up to this a couple morning ago, just curious on people’s thought to what it could be? had only one partner for 7 years but we don’t use condoms anymore. Well for at least the past 3 years. She got tested for everything at the hospital 7 months ago and she was all clean so I don’t think it’s herpes, thinking it can be fordyce spots?

Its a little out of focus. Hard to make out anything , looks normal in the main. This is an area where men certainly can have pearly white papules ( about 50% of men ) Would need further in zoom to see that. Any concerns = sexual health clinic or GP

Honestly I cannot see anything out of the usual . I think you have been concerned about the PWPs mentioned above. There are totally benign.

Hey, I think what you have highlighted are probably pearly penile papules, they are very normal and lots of guys have them. they can be very noticeable in some men and can be quite sensitive.
