After taking the 7 day break from the combined pill and then starting a new pack, can I start taking the pills at a different time to what I originally did??

For example at the moment I take them in the evening, now I am on my 7 day gap period. When I start my new pack can I start taking them in the morning everyday?

Of course. Try to aim for the same time every day, but its not super strict, and its more important to have daily dosing , rather than missed pills.

Hiya, do you go to bed at a more regular time than you wake up? Personally, if I schedule my pill time at night, I will take it between 10 and 12. If it's in the morning...can be anytime from 7 til 11...

Also, a 7 day break isn't necessary nowadays, depending on your pill. 3/4 day break can be better to reduce the sudden drop in oestrogen. Ask your doctor xx

You can actually "cycle" the pill and take it for 9 weeks constantly , with a bleed after that. But some women may get breakthrough bleeding with this method .
