I am unable to orgasm as clitoris is painful and has lost sensitivity since rough oral sex 3 months ago and use of vibrator. Have aching pain I left side of vagina and down leg. Is this nerve damage?

You need to see a GP in emergency

Im afraid this would not be counted as an emergency

Unlikely to be "nerve damage " . I would attend a sexual health service for an assessment, they could be two totally separate problems. You need a clinical examination of the clitoral area.
