Is this an std or just pimples pls let me know

A pimple is a furuncle - which means a small infected hair follicle. So these are not pimples. Its not possible to zoom on the pix here , and you haven't indicated what spot you are worried about, but I think these are small sebaceous ( oil gland ) cysts. Go to a GU clinic for an assessment if unsure .

I think that’s herpes.

I do not see anything in that picture that suggests herpes simplex
