Combined pill

Just how necessary is it to take the combine pill every day AT THE SAME TIME? I usually take about 5 oclock but due to driving/sleep/life i may take it later. Whenever i have gone to the doctors and discussed pills they tell me there is a 12hr window in which to take a pill if it has been ‘missed’ (not taken at 5 oclock for eg or forgotten completely - i never forget) so i should be fine right? I take it every day religiously, just not perhaps bang on the dot at 5

My boobs are so tender (a week away from my period) and i’m freaking out, worried that all this doctor advice has now got me possibly pregnant! Please give me your opinions.

Tender boobs are a side effect of the pills. and as long as you take it between the 12 hr period you will be fine.
