I recently had sex (without a condom) after 3 years of no sexual activity with a larger penis than I am used to. I bled profusely afterwards and realised that I had sustained a cut during sex. Go to your GP as asap. The discharge could be a sign of an infection ... if the bleeding has stopped, don't forget to mention it.
