Absent periods

Hello

First time doing this, I'm diabetic (type 1) & i have an underactive thyroid & taking thyroxine. I haven't had a period for a long time but I get all the cramps & feelings of coming on.

Does anyone have any experience with this or advice please?

Want to have a family soon too, also taking the combined pill
