Do I need the emergency contraceptive pill?

Me and my partener were having protected sex, after a while I heard the condom split so we quickly stopped as I didn't want to risk getting getting pregnant. I am on the combined pill (levest) but have only started it recently, last Sunday to be exact. Do I need an emergency contraceptive pill or will I be okay or am I overthinking?

I would, just in case you aren't covered. But I would first speak to a doctor, because they're better equipped to be able to tell you and they can talk you through your options

As an addendum, you didn't say whether he ejaculated. If not, your risk of pregnancy is low. If he did then you DEFINITELY should consider the emergency contraceptive because ultimately, you're at risk.
