Little bit of blood under the skin on my penis

I noticed the other day a small amount of blood under the skin around a small vein in my penis the other day. I think this has gone now but not sure what to do next. I've stayed away from sex since as I am worried that having an erection might cause it to happen again.

It could be a minor rupture. Need to worry. However, if you find the blood again you may need to private consultation.

Thanks

Thanks for the response. Can you be clearer? There is need to worry or there isn't?
