Please help trying to figure this out

I just got my test back and I have chlamydia how do I know when I got it I have been with 2 people and trying to figure out who it was from

It's impossible to tell who it was from, for example if you caught a throat infection you wouldn't know for certain who it came from. I was diagnosed last week and the 2 possible people I contacted, one being my long term partner. However if you don't want to tell them, the hospital can contact them for you, they just receive a letter stating that one of their previous partners has been diagnosed with chlamydia and they are recommended to get tested too.
