Spot on vagina

So around 3 months ago I developed a spot it was flesh coloured with a little redness around, it hasn't gone but is slightly itchy from what I think is thrush as itchiness has reduced since using cream and my discharge is a little yellow think discharge is a ph imbalance though but I don't think it's herpes or gential wart as all sexual partners have been clean and used condoms, my partner now is clean and have been together for 2 years... could it be a cyst? As it really doesn't look like herpes or warts.
