Pregnant and thrush?

So I know with pregnancy my vagina changes constantly, but lately its been really dry and lainful and I noticed a small crack near my clit and closer to my anus/where I pee at and when I wipe small little drops of blood get on the toilet paper, I'd go to the Dr but right now I'm across the country visiting my mom and grandparents, doesn't any one know a temporary relief till I can get home? Is so it would help me out tremendously.
