My boyfriend and i had protected sex a day ago (3 times). I lost my viginity and i bled(which is normal as my hymen is broken) today after a shower i found out that i had a little mor bleeding ( very light and watery). And i have no clue why it does that. I had no pains in my lower parts of my body but i had a very bad muscle shoulder pain today. Please can someone explain what am i going through?

Probably just residue, I wouldn't worry. Don't think your shoulder would be related in any way.
