Hi all i am very worried at the top of my penis its red and my bell end is red and patchy and sore should i be worried about this please can someone help

Lots of things can cause this. The commonest is using a soap that is too strong (anything thats really fragrant is usually to much). Remember last thing to do in the shower is pull the foreskin back and rinse it with water. soap suds under your foreskin all day is a recipe for a rash!

If you're having sex it's a good idea to get checked out for STI's too.
