what symptoms need to come for suspision of hiv primary for example you have rash sore throat headache but no fever does that mean you are not infected with primary infection because you dont have a fever

for example i had risky sexual intercourse with a prositute the intercourse was done 5 weeks ago and three week this past week i have had bad headaches and a minor sore throat no other symptoms (i usualy dont get headaches but the strees of this hiv thing is incredible) when i inserted my penis it had no broken skin and the intercourse was short lived
