Hi Mommies, My baby turned 6months yesterday and i am wanting to know what i can feed him,how much n how many times.

Also if someone could help with how to teach baby to sleep without the "sleep training" i just can't take to much of cry and it was ok for me to contact nap but now i have to prepare the things for him which will be difficult while holding. How many naps and hrs of sleep should he be doing

I typically hold him, shush n pat him to sleep also nurse him to sleep so these are the associations, he is teething as well.

Sorry too many questions but i find this forum wonderful with so much experience without any judgement.

My baby started to roll at 4.5 months but not now and sits with support only so i am now worrired regarding the milestone, i am FTM so super worried with all this.

Please mommies share your experience and any suggestions welcome
