Pregnancy with no heartbeat

Hello plz help me out.. According to LMP im 9weeks preg but i went to my first scan and my gyno said that the gestational sac is 5weeks 6days with no heartbeat so she told to repeat the scan after 2weeks...... If then also the embryo doesn't develops with a heartbeat,,, will stop the medications... I just cant take it... Does anyone suffer the same plz do reply...... Thank yo

my clinic don't even offer a test before 7 weeks for this exact reason, that a heartbeat doesn't always show. all the best with your scan ❤️
