Hi there, congratulations on being pregnant! Yes, it's possible to be pregnant without any symptoms and not even the very very common morning sickness. One of my good friends from school didn't have any symptom either... which is why she didn't even doubt she is pregnant till it was well into her 9th week. Most have it, nonetheless not having morning sickness is also common ... don't worry about it. It so happens that the symptoms though are progesterone induced but happens due to body receptors. Now every individual have different receptivity so, the intensity of whether a symptom will appear or not totally depends on the receptors and progesterone. You might get the symptom later when your progesterone rise further to trigger the receptors more. Wish you an awesome gestation ahead... take care.
