Whole Earth Wake Up Coffee Alternative - Not safe in pregnancy

Hi all,

I'm posting this first time in this group I am 5+4 weeks pregnant, and have been drinking "whole earth wake up coffee alternative" for the last 3 weeks. I thought it didn't have caffeine in it but it does! and websites say it could even cause miscarriages.

This isn't written on the bottle, and now I feel angry at how the product is sold as a healthy alternative to coffee and also extremely anxious that it might have some kind of negative affect on the pregnancy.

I feel like such a fool. I have been so cautious about what I eat and drink as this is an embryo transfer from my 3rd IVF cycle.

would be grateful for your thoughts.

Bw

Try to relax. I know it's easier said than done. The mistake has been done, try to move on from it.
