Calcium intake....my bones and joints are really sore

Hi everyone.

I hope you are all having a lovely Christmas. 😃

I just wanted some advice I am currently near 32 weeks pregnant and my joints on my fingers and my bones on my wrists and ankles are really aching and feel so sore and bruised.

I am currently taking a pregnancycare vitamin which doesn’t show it has calcium in it.

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do to help my poor bones. I’ve looked at calcium vitamins but it’s saying not to take unless consulted by a doctor so I’m a bit unsure.

Thanks everyone xxx 😘

I think that’s quite normal. I carried on having aching joints for about 9 months post birth and I googled it and it’s quite normal x
