I need help. DCF has unlawfully removed my baby from me and LITERALLY are citing "mental health and domestic violence" without evidence, services, supports, and are trying to terminate my parental rights! I have Complex PTSD, MDD, ADHD, Panic Disorder, Epilepsy, Severe Infantile Scoliosis requiring surgery, and have been in recovery since December 27, 2006. I am BEGGING for support, advice, ANYTHING! Please help me!

So sorry for what you are going through. I don't know anything about the DCF as I live in the UK and I can see from profile you live in the US. It sounds similar to UK child protection services, but I don't have experience of them and rules are probably abit different regarding removal of a child. I have only really read about it. Hopefully someone with knowledge will be able to help you on here. In the UK parents who have had a child removed have to contact a solicitor to appeal against social services decision. They either pay themselves for a solicitor or get legal aid if on a low income.
