Hi mamas, hope everyone is keeping safe and well? Llewy has been really off today. He screamed hysterically for an hour this afternoon and has been naggy on and off all day. Initially I thought it might be tummy ache as we've started introducing purées, but I've noticed this evening he keeps bashing at and pulling his ear. He hasn't got a temp and has been showing signs of teething for ages. Any one seen this before in their babies?

Hi Kitkat, I think that’s a sign of teething as my friends baby was pulling at his ear. But also worth ruling out ear infection as the last time I went to the doctors with my son who had a temp they said if he starts banging ear to give the antibiotics I’d been prescribed as it most likely is ear infection. Hope he feels better soon! X
It could be teeth or ear. If else gets really unsettled again maybe try Calpol? I found for both teething and ear infections with my two it worked a treat. It’s awful when they’re not themselves isn’t it! Hopefully he’s back to normal soon!
