Anxiety pills and pregnancy

Hello

I have been on anxiety pills for a while, long story but a low dose keeps me going. I have found out I’m 7 weeks pregnant and stopped my current pills as the doctor said that type isn’t proven. Since stopping I am struggling, really high anxiety so the doctor said he can give me pills which are ok for pregnancy.

Has anyone on here been through this and taken anxiety pills throughout pregnancy please? x
