I am a 43 year old gay woman.. I was diagnosed with autism 10years ago.. I and highly functioning and maintain a full time job.. I am struggling with romantic relationships and communication in them and was wondering if anyone has any advice

I meant to add; if you find the interview helpful: there are 2 longer portions, totalling about 1 hour, by Sarah Hendrickx on YouTube (the audio quality is a bit annoying - as it was filmed live at a conference - but the social and personal relationships material is worth the effort - just be a little bit careful with the volume if using headphones - as there are a couple of nasty pa system feedback effects ...hardly ideal for a Neurodivergent audience!):
