I recently finished a three-week internship at Marks and Spencer, a posh supermarket in the UK. Despite my efforts and managing to get the work done even though I was struggling, I didn't get hired in the end. It’s disheartening because I really gave it my all, but it just wasn’t enough.
I've done this through prince's trust program and idk what to do next

I remember you saying something about an interest in art. Just a thought, would you be interested/able to do murals or join others who do? Does the Prince’s Trust or other org offer entrepreneurship training? Is this a thing in the UK? In the US a number of cities hire/embrace culturally relevant/neighborhood specific art. Many of these muralists also freelance for private garden walls, restaurants, and schools.
Be proud that you did your best. Regardless of the outcome, you put your all in to it and that's better than alot of people in their jobs. When I was unemployed about 20 years ago I did a job at a printers for 2 weeks, with the chance of a job at the end. It turned out all they wanted was an extra pair of hands to put together large menus for the local BBC offices. I was gutted at not being kept on. My friend has ASD and he worked as an apprentice mechanic, an apprentice gardener and he now works in a box factory putting together whisky boxes. He'd applied for a shelf stacking job in Morrison's and they wouldn't entertain him. Maybe try something like working at a garden centre, or tending grounds. Don't give up. Maybe even try speaking to someone in your local jobcentre, as they should be keen to help because you clearly want to work and contribute.
