My son can understand a lot of things but he can’t talk. We tried sign language and he knows but doesn’t use. We tried picture exchange communication system and that was laid to rest. Intensive interaction is only thing left. He is good at eye contact and copying or initiating touch responses. I am wondering how to develop him given that he loses interest. Just thinking out aloud and sharing
