Help advise needed urgency

Hi once I had social care. Then had a support dog. She died. Covid came. After I fell in stairs a number of times go hospital to have superpubic fired with no support and the op went wrong. Then fell again bad had op to fix with pins and plates. I Then get some free health care has needed. I ask for a full assessment of all my needs. Like autism sensory housing health and cooking lots of health etc. It failed they took free care out based it all around fall. I get no help. I struggling to walk down stairs have to come back holding 2 grab rails! Chasing banded me in wrong band. I complain and get told they will 're assessment when I get a new social worker too. That's it long waiting liststs too.

I gave up with housing. My home a mess in safe hazards no support. Use this service use that service I do. And all on phone is no good don't work I get no where I in debt too. I need a support worker but have no help I can not work get full pip and get no help. Willing to pay for a voice but don't no who will where I pay and refers myself to help me complain more and get the help I badly need. I not susidal I no if I have a accedent again then I could fall and then it would be the mess I in that caused it because I have no help. So who can help?

You may have some luck hiring your own personal assistant who can help you get the services you need. Sites like eyja.co.uk/ can help you find someone. Local councils who are normally responsible for this are overloaded at the moment and as you say normally only communicate by phone, whereas you can hire your own online.
