At son nonverbal supported living place haven’t got autism specialist background and can’t cook - just warm frozen meal or pasta So sad really makes me sad

I am really sorry about your situation i will keep thinking about you and your son

We brought social worker in so we should be able to see him. The reason we don’t have him at home is he wants to go out even night and he does not sleep and stopped eating but at supported living he behaved

Does your son have a type of food he likes ?

We give him provide the supported living place with cooked food - rice and vegetables fruit fish and vegetarian and gluten free food

Is there no way you can look into more specialised supported living places for your son that specialises in his needs? Your social worker should be able to help with that. Thinking of you both 🤗

You will have to fight to get the support that your son needs. Please research placements that you think will meet your son needs. Maybe have a look at home from home care.
