can relate.

hello, and, sorry not-to answer your question directly,- I'm re-searching in relation to (similar) support myself

Somebody spoke to me and said something about ''social needs assessment'' for support carer/worker help but I don really understand this myself.

[ Lancashire/Blackpool region appears as a sort-of 'void' in regard to ASD communication support during medical appointment stuff ( intreguing bcos difficult'-to communicate about medical stuff in my experience )

- I might be wrong (and there's potentially 'a team of support workers' for this-scenario?

(if) I locate medical appointment support person - will try comment on this 'thread'

Regards.
