ASD Child reported to children social services

I am a mother who is finding that I am not the only one, who, when a child has struggled to attend school, asked the local authority for a Educational Health Care Plan(EHCP) At first turned down, my daughter has not attended school since she was 12 years old she is now 16 years. We have been met with such hostility from the Education side and was reported to Children Social services, not so much for my daughter not attending school but on my parental abilities my daughters personal care, her time on the laptop, recorded was false allegations and false beliefs. Yet nothing was ever suggested prior to applying for an EHCP. The school was not suitable for my significantly autistic daughter.
