No aubagio for a month
I'm still waiting for my
aubagio
even though I haven't called the specialty pharmacy back. I'm tired and my legs feel weak all the time. I know I need to get right on it! I will! I need someone to help me with appointments and such. What can I do? Thanks for listening! โค๏ธ๐๐พ๐ฅฐ๐ฎโ๐จ

Generic Teriflunomide
Taking
Aubagio
was a great improvement over Avonex for me as I had pretty bad weekly flu-like symptoms. As of the past July, my insurance removed me from being able to access
Aubagio
and I was placed on the generic for
Aubagio
which is teriflunomide.

low low low WBC woes
Iโve been on
Aubagio
/generic
Aubagio
for 10 months. I just had bloodwork done and my WBC count is 2.42 (low end of normal is 4.3). This is even lower than it was in October.

OMG: I just sh** my pants
It seems my morning coffee combined with my
Aubagio
had me running for the bathroom, but I seemed to not make it in time. Sorry, it's gross, but I just wanted to post here with the hopes that others can give me their feedback. Is it just me or has it happened with your bowels too?

Skipping Aubagio
๐ค To any of you who have skipped your dosage of
Aubagio
, have you noticed anything? If you had to skip for nearly one week, did you have increased side-effects, almost like when you first started it? Thanks, in advance, for your input! Happy Holidays! ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐

Looking for a Zoom MS support group
I'm back on my old drug Avonex, after a huge flop with
Aubagio
developing Neuropathy. I had five new brain lesions not taking anything so I wanted to go back to Avonex instead of trying Mavenclad and I'm glad I spoke my mind to go back onto it. All's well so far!

Chronological vs Biological Age
At age 55, I started on
Aubagio
, a daily pill, after 25 years of intra-muscular injections with Avonex. I intend to stay on a DMT for life as MS is a like a tattoo; it's always with you. Progressive diseases progress despite my best efforts.

Briumvi or Kesempta
After a very had time with
Aubagio
my Doctor is recommend these drugs. I am a little nervous about an infusion that last 6 months because if I have a reaction, it will be in my system a long time. I have asthesma, thalesemia and have had breast cancer in the past so my options are limited.

Aubagio & high blood pressure?
A friend of mine asked if it could be the
Aubagio
- and sure enough it looks like that is a reported side effect in some people. Looking for anecdotal stories before I call my neuro. Thanks!

Generic Aubagio?
Hi All, My latest
Aubagio
rx was refilled, and it's with the GENERIC version. Has anyone tried (or had their insurance) refill their standard
Aubagio
with the new generic version? If so, have you noticed any difference? Any changes in your side effects, etc.?

Calling Former & Current Aubagio Users
I love the simplicity of
Aubagio
yet the side effects have really been awful. The GI Issues and horrible diarrhea, etc. Has anyone stopped
Aubagio
at age 65. My former neurologist said that MS tx stop at age 65? I will be age 65 in nine short years, can I give it up then?

De-escalating from 14 mg to 7 mg Aubagio?
Hi All, As you may recall, I started on the full dosage of
Aubagio
last May 1, 2022. As the most efficacious dosage is 14 mg, I escalated to the full strength after starting on the 7 mg dose for a few weeks (working with my neurologist's CRN).

Encouraging folks to stay on their MS treatment
A year ago, my neurologist wanted me to try
Aubagio
, but after three months I developed Neuropathy and went off of
Aubagio
. My neurologist wanted me to try Mavenclad but I didn't feel brave enough and suggested going back on Avonex.

Hello Everyone, Your Feedback is Welcome!
Horrible bed side manner and immediately started the "ball rolling" for
Aubagio
DMT! I take Copaxone because for me with other health issues it's the best option. After very careful thought and pray ๐ I decided to stick and stay with my current Neuro.

RLS in MS patients
Those on higher efficacy MS drugs (Ocrevus & Fingomolid) seem to have worse RLS than those on the older, less effective MS drugs(Interferons,
Aubagio
) which is the opposite of what I would expect.

Belated thank yous
I donโt think
Aubagio
is controlling my symptoms anymore and was thinking Ocrevus, but after reading experiences with hair loss Iโm not sure.

๏ปฟGeneric Aubagio
๏ปฟFor those on
Aubagio
. My neurologist said that next year a generic version of
Aubagio
is coming out. They said that means that the insurance probably won't want to pay for name brand anymore.

New Covid Vaccine with My New DMT 2022?
BTW, I switched from Avonex (1997-2022) to
Aubagio
in mid-April 2022. I finally went up to the full 14 mg dose in early June. So, this is the long way of my asking my fellow MSers, for those of you who are on
Aubagio
, did you have to change anything to get your Covid boosters?
