Hi Neta,

I'd never heard of "John Hopkins University" before.

I tapped into their website and found it really informative, It especially explained the pains i've recently been getting in my legs.

I see my consultant on Monday and i will now discuss the pains with him as i don't like appear as a Hypochondriac and the pains appear to be Ataxia related.

Thankyou for your post.

Andy

Dear Andy,

"Johns Hopkins" is a world class university just slightly less, but very slighly, prestigious than Harvard and Yale. Their Ataxia Institute is quite well known. I believe there is also one (an Ataxia Center) at one of the university medical schools in California and/or Texas in Houston. The question is how to overcome the insurance issue. I would be curious to know what's available in Europe, if anything. I am glad my post was of some help to you.

Best,

Neta
