I get so excited nowadays by the smallest of things. I am not sure if this says something about the size of my mind! After asking a question on here about peeling and chopping vegetables, using the advice given, I have just peeled a potato for dinner by holding the potato with a fork. Oh my gosh, I cannot believe I have managed to peel a potato and my knuckles are still intact after the event. There are no cuts and no need for plasters. It is brilliant! Thanks for the tips!
