Ever since I was a small boy, my hands have shaken, in fact my brother tells me I was born shaking
(I don’t know if he was kidding) Any way as I said, shaken since I was a small boy…. I passed a medical and joined the RAF serving for nine years.
I have gone through my life with shaking hands, and no doctors at my GPsurgery have ever mentioned it……..until I was refered to a Neurologist at my local hospital, and he said I had ATAXIA, but he didn’t stipulate which one I had….. it’s only taken me 80 years to discover I have Ataxia!
But life goes on…..take care and stay safe my friends😀

Well Don, life can be a funny old thing sometimes with many surprises. It sounds as if you have had a good 80 years of life, despite the shaking hands. I would change the familiar saying of “cold hands, warm heart.” To ….. “shaking hands, warm heart.” I think that suits you very well. Summer is here at last, so hope you are getting out and about. You take great care of yourself.
Thanks Don. Yes I can't stand without holding something solid so use wheelchair indoors and scooter outside. Hubby is my rock and we manage to get about within our limitations. X
