I'm going to try and get in touch with Sheffield I went gf in October my ataxia was always slow progression but since going gf it has dramatically worst anybody found this if it continues like this I wont be able to walk by Oct when I am due my next a

I have ataxia but am also gluten free. I think you might get more help if you look at "gluten free guerillas" here on health unlocked.

Do contact them. It might make a difference. This is in no way as useful as what they can say- you need them to talk to you but stress, doing too much or a bug can makes things much worse for a while. I've had to slow down considerably, or suffer. They will help you I am sure.
