I lile walking and find it very helpful. Howeverr I have recently moved to a place where I don't feel safe walking. My eyesight isn't good and I find curbs and bumps in the path impossible. I don't have space for a threadmill. I'm going to try wlking in place but has anyone found any uniue solutions to the walking problem?

🙂 My eyesight isn’t good when I’m outdoors but I have this..a small stepper. I stand and hold onto something stable.

constant strength and balance classes. Find Pilates and swimming very helpful too.

I walk on the spot holding on and seated marching just raising the knee. Open bedroom window whilst exercising and play music. X

you can use your stairs, step up and down just using one step it’s a good exercise.

some great ideas here. Place the stepper next to the window and enjoy the view while exercising.

I use the kitchen worktop for support and do hip circles when making a hot drink. In the house I now use an upright walker, better for my posture than furniture surfing. Out and about I now use my electric wheelchair, irons out a few bumps but not many.
