Not for that Facebook group. It's worth joining at facebook.com/ - then search for 'Cerrebellar Ataxia' and request to join the group.

There's lots of good conversation worth following here on HealthUnlocked, but also over on that Facebook group.

The NAF (National Ataxia Foundation) is an American Ataxia site. Years since I've used it. Hopefully it's still in operation
